How do I place an order on the online web shop?

1.Find the product which you want to buy.

2.Choose product color and size.

3.Click on “Buy it now”.

4.Fill in your address, your name, phone number, ZIP code and country.

5.Click on the next button and choose the shipping method and payment option.

6.Check all the information once more and fill your payment information.

7.You successfully oredered! You will get a confirmation email about your order immediately!

You can check the detailed product description with specifications under each of our products which is shown on our site

I saw product on Facebook shop, how can I buy it ?

To quickly find a product which you like, you can click on the product which you found on our Facebook/Instagram shop or on our tagged product from a post and you can scroll and find the buttom " Open on website " !

Can I change my order ?

Before placing an order on STEVVEX, you can change the shipping address directly at the top of your shopping cart.

 

However, if you’d like to change the shipping address after placing the order, you’ll have a limited time window to do so.

You can change your order details within 1h of your purchase!

Bear in mind that if you don’t change the address before the deadline, your order will be processed to our warehouse, and we won’t be able to change it! Each lost order will be your responsibility due to the incorrect address!

How can I pay for order ?

You can order the product that you want on our website and you can pay with Master card, Visa, Discover, Diners, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay and Pay Pal

Can I cancel order ?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after your purchase! Bear in mind that if you would like to cancel your order, you must provide a reason for canceling, because we need it to confirm with our bank.

Can I pay when I recieve order ?

Unfortunately we dont support Cash On Delivery ( COD ) payment method. All transactions are paid online and your order will be shipped as soon as we recieve your payment

What are your shipping rates?

On our site shipping is free for all products, but if you want faster shipping you can pay for this per your choice ! Depending on the country where you are comming from, you will be able to see shipping options !For paid shipping, shipping costs vary and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost per item in your cart at checkout. Depedens which shipping method you choose, different price for shipping may apply in your checkout !

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations in the United States and Canada that are served by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post ! We also ship to Europe and to all world wide countries !Unfortunately, we only can’t ship to islands and minor islands and to some countries which have restriction on customs!

You can try to order a product, and if your country is not on our available countries list, then we won’t be able to ship to your country!

When will I get my order ?

When viewing an item listing, you’ll see the Estimated Delivery Date Range to your location!

Delivery time depends on the country you are located in, but the average shipping is 5-13 days for most of them! For the third party countries, shipping is a bit longer! To better check it, please check the estimated delivery timr for your country on our products!

When you will send my order ?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5-7 business days for dispatch. Note, all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

How to pay with card ?

You can order from us with your credit/debit card if your card has a logo of cards which we support. ( Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners, American Express)

If your card contains this logo, this means you can order from our site! I will now explain you how you can fill the data from your card

Your card contains all the information needed to fill in and to confirm paying!

You will see an area “Number of a credit/debit card” on the checkout, and you can check it on your own card! This number is located as we showed in the previous picture. ( green dots)

You will see an area MM/YY, which is related to the credit card expiration date( a month and a year to which the card is valid)! You can type it and find it in the area on your card, which you can check on the example above( marked with green dots)

The last part is your CVV code ! These are 3 numbers on the back side of your card ! You can type it and you can find it in the area on your card which you can check on the example above (marked with green dots )

How can I order POD product ?

If you want to customize your product to your own requirements, then you need to upload the design you want to customize on our site on the product page. If you order the product that is already customized, then you can order it like normal product.The product that can be customized by the customer contains the logo “Design here” in it

Why shipping for POD is not free ?

Because our customers mostly buy Print On Demand (POD) products for special events, surprises, birthdays or any other important occassions, we know how much this is important to them, and how much it is important for the order to arrive on the special day, we need to send with a fast shipping method, which is a paid shipping option, and because of this, additional cost may be applied

How can I create my design ?

If you want to edit our existing product template that is avaliable for editing, you can click on the button " Personalise design " and then you can edit the existing design to your own wish !

Bear in mind, this is only for the products that contain text or stickers on it !

If you want to make your own design from the start or to upload your own picture and add something, then we suggest that you use Photoshop or Canva for editing!

Can I send POD product like Gift ?

Your friend in another state has a birthday coming up? Or maybe you need to get your mother-in-law the perfect present ASAP? Great news: you can purchase an item on STEVVEX and have it shipped directly to the intended recipient.

We will not send receipts in your order so your friend, family member, or remote coworker will be none the wiser.

If you do have the luxury of time and want to add your extra special touch, you can always ship the item to your home and wrap it yourself. Even if you’re not the greatest wrapper in the world, remember: it’s the thought that counts!

Can you include custom message in my gift ?

We can include your small custom message ( to 250 characters), which will be printed on the shipping label and applied outside the packet!

How do I track my order?

When you order from our site, and once your order is shipped and you get an email notification about it, you will receive a tracking number!

Tracking number is a unique shipping label number, which is on your packet and will help you track it and see where it is!

To check the status of your packet, you can type or apply your tracking number on our “Tracking page” on our site, or you can track your packet on the general public sitr for tracking packages, 17 track!

You can choose the option bellow, where you want to track your packet!

Bear in mind that your tracking number will become active once the shipping carrier takes your order and scan it in the system!

Sometimes we must send with 2 shipping carriers, and we will confirm the tracking number of the second one, and it will be active once your order arrives in your country! However, if you still can’t see anything after 10 days of your purchase, please write a message to us bellow, and our team will help you with your issue!

What are the conditions for a return to be eligible?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

How can I initiate a return?

To start a return, contact our customer service at contact@stevvex.com with your complaint and pictures of the faulty goods. Our team will open ticket for you and we will solve your issue as soon as possible !

What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?

Orders refused at delivery will be treated as abandoned packages, and We will not be held responsible for any refund as they become untraceable.

Can I return gift cards?

No, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Are there any restrictions on returning or exchanging damaged items?

Yes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of goods damaged by scissors and other sharp objects used to open the package.

How are refunds processed?

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund exclusively to a PayPal account provided by you. The credit will be received within a certain amount of days.

What should I do if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
